Our Pine Hills staff is a one of a kind staff. Our residents work together to plan a full schedule of activities and other social events. Each month includes small interest groups, entertainment activities, outings, parties and seasonal events. All weekly and monthly calendars are distributed to all residents well ahead of time. Participation as well as new activity ideas are regularly taken in. Each suite we have has a full kitchen, which is a major perk. This way, our residents may prepare meals and snacks that are desired. Although, 45 meals are included in monthly rental price.
We are right next to award-winning golf, which is the Southern Hills Golf Course, right at our back door! We are also just minutes away from the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. We provide so many perks and love to enjoy walking, hiking and biking with our residents. We promise you that outdoorsmen will love the many opportunities for fishing and hunting that are here!
Our fantastic housing complex is designed for older adults who are generally able to care for themselves. Although, assistance from home care agencies is allowed in some communities. There is not a true and yet adamant single definition of a retirement community, but most of the characteristics are typically the same.
