Founded in 2006, our business has been exponentially growing in popularity. We were founded by local owners Dorothy, Harold and their son Steve Wyatt. They knew from the community’s inception that they needed comfortable senior living at Hot Springs, SD. They implemented many amenities that they knew would be attractive to their friends and neighbors. They asked themselves what things they themselves would want to experience in a retirement living community. This helped aid them in choosing the location, creating the common areas, and designing the apartment floor plans. It’s was their mission then and it still is our mission today to provide quality assisted and independent living services for seniors in the Black Hills area. Our primary objective is to promote wellness, independence, safety and dignity.
All residents have access to Pine Hills’ common areas that include a craft room, library, chapel and game room. Although, it’s our spacious living that is most talked about and appreciated. Our intelligent and insightful staff and residents work together to plan a full schedule of activities each month. This schedule includes small interest groups, entertainment, outings, parties and seasonal events. A monthly activities calendar is distributed to all residents on a monthly basis in the monthly newsletter. With certainty, you are always invited to enjoy the buffet from our gourmet kitchen!
